Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete accounting cycle from collecting, recording, classifying and summarizing financial data to preparing financial reports. The position offers a salary of 1800 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports according to GAAP standards.
• Prepare journal entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
• Maintain general ledger accounts by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit & loss statement, etc.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and reports by assembling and analyzing data; identifying trends; recommending actions.
• Audit documents such as invoices, purchase orders, receipts etc., to ensure accuracy
• Manage accounts payable/receivable activities including issuing payments timely and issuing invoices accurately

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required
• At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting role
• Knowledge of GAAP principles is essential
• Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word & Excel) is needed
• Good communication skills both verbal & written is required
