Executive Chef - Dubai

Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff and overseeing all operations within the kitchen. The successful candidate will create innovative menus and recipes, maintain food safety standards, ensure timely delivery of meals, monitor food costs, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with other departments as needed. Additionally, the Executive Chef will help develop the skills of kitchen staff through training programs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
