Barista job vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should be passionate about coffee and have a deep understanding of the craft of specialty coffee.

The ideal candidate must have experience in the field and have excellent customer service skills. They should be able to provide customers with advice on brewing methods and different types of coffee beans. The barista must be organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Additionally, they should have an eye for aesthetics and be able to create visually appealing beverages.

The barista will work in collaboration with the team to prepare speciality coffees as well as other hot and cold drinks from the menu. They will also be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are accurate and served with a smile within a timely manner. Furthermore, they will need to keep the cafe clean and tidy at all times by restocking supplies such as cups, straws, etc., replacing condiments such as sugar, creamers, etc., washing dishes and utensils, cleaning tables, chairs etc..

The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills in order to understand customer needs accurately and provide quality service. They must also display a courteous attitude towards customers at all times. In addition, the barista must possess basic computer skills in order to process transactions using POS systems or cash registers.

For this position we offer a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month for full time employment or hourly rate for part time employment depending on experience level. We also consider foreigner applicants who are already based here in Dubai or willing to relocate here if required.
