Position Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 900/month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, organizational development and compliance. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to ensure that the organization’s HR policies and procedures are in line with local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR initiatives to support business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Identify training needs and facilitate training programs to develop employees’ skills
- Manage employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, termination processes etc.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAE
- Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover rate, absenteeism etc.
- Evaluate organizational structures and job roles for efficiency improvement
- Represent the company at job fairs and other events as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience working in a similar role for 3+ years (experience is not necessary for recent graduates)
- Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law - Strong interpersonal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (word processing, spreadsheets) - Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi if necessary.
