Position: HR Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 900 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role and be prepared to take on a wide variety of tasks. This role requires excellent people skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall management of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training and development.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all staff members.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Monitor employee performance and take corrective action when necessary.
• Analyze current HR practices and policies to identify areas of improvement.
• Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and increase morale within the organization.
• Manage compensation plans, benefits programs, employee benefits surveys, etc.
• Lead initiatives related to workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an HR role required; international experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English; additional languages are desirable but not required.
• Ability to think creatively when solving problems or making decisions.
• Knowledgeable of UAE labor laws and regulations pertaining to employment practices is highly desirable but not required.
