ABU-DHABI HR MANAGER JOB (1000 AED/MONTH)

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill a position of HR Manager in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process, as well as providing strategic advice on employee relations, performance management, and training. We are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience in this role.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
• Proven experience in similar roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems quickly
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws.

Responsibilities:
• Developing HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives
• Recruiting and selecting qualified personnel
• Developing onboarding programs for new employees
• Managing employee relations issues such as discipline and grievances
• Administering payroll, benefits, and other compensation programs
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Developing performance appraisal systems and conducting performance reviews
