Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Human Resources Manager for our Abu-Dhabi office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in the field. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1300 AED per month. We are also open to considering immigrants for this role.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process within the organization. This includes developing job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, preparing offer letters and maintaining personnel records. Additionally, the HR manager will be responsible for overseeing employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary procedures and other conflict resolution matters.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of UAE labor law is preferred but not required
