HR manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a solid background in Human Resources, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.

You should be able to lead and develop the HR team, ensuring that all team members are motivated and enabled to carry out their roles effectively. You must be proactive, and able to anticipate challenges before they arise. This involves managing recruitment, training and development, policy implementation, compensation and benefit administration. You should also be well versed with UAE labor law.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and organizational abilities, with a deep understanding of the latest HR trends. You should be comfortable with dealing with sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality. Proficiency in English is essential as you may need to handle international clients and partners.
