Job Responsibilities:
• Developing, implementing and managing business strategies
• Ensuring the smooth running of operations in the office or facility
• Creating policies, processes and procedures to improve efficiency within the workplace
• Managing daily operations and monitoring performance against targets set by management team
• Supervising staff and providing guidance as required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred but not required
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required
