Job Title: Bank Teller
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 900 AED

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of customer service and banking procedures, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing.
• Balance cash drawer on a daily basis.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to bank security policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with basic account information such as account balance inquiries.
• Cross-sell bank products such as credit cards or loans when appropriate.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards customers.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English are essential; Arabic language is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure while remaining organized during peak times.
