Housekeeping Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and manage our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in housekeeping management, a good understanding of hotel operations, and be an effective leader with strong problem-solving skills. You should also possess excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.


Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department
• Ensure the cleanliness of all areas throughout the hotel
• Monitor and control supplies and equipment used in the housekeeping department
• Supervise and motivate staff members
• Develop strategies for improved customer service
• Handle guest complaints
• Monitor staff attendance and performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality management or related field
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
• Excellent understanding of hotel procedures and regulations
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
