Pharmacist – Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science
• Must have a valid license to practice pharmacy
• 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, medication administration techniques and medical terminology
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Ensure the accuracy of prescriptions filled by checking for potential drug interactions, dosage accuracy and proper labeling.
• Advise customers on the usage and potential side effects of medications as well as provide general health advice.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of required medications and order new stock when needed.
• Provide guidance to pharmacy technicians on medication preparation, packaging and dispensing processes.
