Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical components of industrial machinery and equipment. This position requires a strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain and repair electrical control systems, wiring systems, lighting fixtures, motors, and other industrial equipment.
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers.
• Identify faulty wiring systems or malfunctioning equipment by conducting tests with specialized tools such as ohmmeters or voltmeters.
• Diagnose problems in malfunctioning electric circuits; repair or replace worn or damaged parts.
• Follow established safety rules when performing all duties in order to protect oneself from injury.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements:
• High school diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics/diagrams is essential
• Understanding of electro-mechanical devices/systems is essential
• Must be able to troubleshoot complex electrical systems with minimal supervision
