Truck driver job in Doha Qatar


We are looking for a qualified and experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to work in a challenging environment.

This position will involve transporting goods using a truck, loading, unloading and delivering items safely and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Drive truck to destination according to assigned delivery schedule
- Load and unload goods from truck
- Ensure that the cargo is properly secured before departing
- Inspect vehicle before and after each trip to ensure that it is in good condition
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain records of trips such as delivery times, mileage, fuel consumption etc.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Good knowledge of local road networks and routes in Doha area
- Proven experience as Truck Driver for at least 2 years
- Demonstrated ability to handle cargo properly and safely
- Ability to read maps, follow GPS instructions and use navigation apps on smartphone or tablet device
- Good physical condition for lifting heavy items when needed
