We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience in business management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to work independently. We are offering a salary of 1700.00 QAR per month and are willing to consider immigrants for this role.

Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the Business Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure that all functions within the business run efficiently and effectively. This includes managing finances, budgeting, creating strategic plans, developing marketing strategies, overseeing customer service operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing human resources functions such as recruiting and training staff, managing customer relations, monitoring sales performance and profitability metrics. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing innovative solutions for resolving business challenges.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
• Proven experience in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of financial principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are desirable but not essential
