Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the organization and ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively. The Business Manager will be actively involved in developing strategies to achieve goals, as well as monitoring performance against those goals.

Job Responsibilities:
The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the business, including managing budgets and financials, setting targets and monitoring performance against targets. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. They should also have an understanding of the legal environment in which the business is operating. In addition, they will manage staff performance through regular feedback sessions and coaching.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants with minimal work experience. The successful candidate will also possess strong interpersonal communication skills; excellent problem solving skills; strategic planning abilities; knowledge of relevant laws; good organizational skills; the ability to think innovatively; an excellent understanding of financial systems; and experience in staff management. Additionally, we expect a salary of 900 QR per month for this position.
