Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of office experience. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, as well as organizing and maintaining the office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Answer and direct phone calls
β’ Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone
β’ Manage the daily calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate special events
β’ Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
β’ Prepare correspondence, memos, reports and other documents
β’ Process invoices, purchase orders, and other paperwork
β’ Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies when needed
β’ Assist with data entry tasks when necessary
β’ Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
Qualifications & Skills:
β’ Proven 1+ year experience in a similar role in an office setting
β’ Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
β’ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) β’ Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills β’ Self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills β’ Positive attitude with strong work ethic
