Optometrist Vacancy – El-Ain

We are looking for an Optometrist to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality eye care services to our patients.

Responsibilities include:
• Examine and assess patient visual acuity, evaluate the health of their eyes, and diagnose eye disorders
• Provide treatment for various vision problems including corrective lenses, contact lenses, and eyeglasses
• Prescribe medication to treat ocular conditions
• Educate patients on how to best care for their eyes, correct vision problems and detect potential ocular diseases
• Use specialized equipment such as retinoscopes, phoropters and lensometers to measure refractive errors and determine the most appropriate corrective measures
• Maintain detailed records of patient evaluations, treatments and diagnoses
• Perform administrative tasks such as billing, insurance paperwork and scheduling appointments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in optometry or a related field required
• Certificate from an accredited optometric program is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of current optometric techniques and procedures is essential

Salary: 1600 AED per month. We are also ready to consider an immigrant. No experience necessary.
