The successful applicant will be highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently when needed. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for keeping up-to-date with current trends in order to increase sales by proposing appropriate product assortments according to customer needs and preferences. This includes conducting research on competitors’ products, merchandising store displays in an attractive manner, developing promotional materials (such as flyers), managing stock levels as well as interacting with suppliers in order to ensure timely product deliveries. Additionally, you will provide support through training colleagues on product knowledge and actively participate in marketing activities such as product launches or other promotional events.
