We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share while building relationships with clients. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in sales and to grow professionally.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for sales. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively, as well as effectively manage multiple tasks at once. Knowledge of the local market is an asset, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities Include:

• Developing sales strategies to increase market share and achieve monthly goals

• Establishing relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new potential customers

• Negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers

• Monitoring customer feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Keeping up to date on industry trends and staying competitive

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proactive attitude and ambition to succeed

• Previous experience in a managerial role (preferred)
