Requirements for the Candidate

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role and possess an in-depth knowledge of current food trends and techniques. A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
