The ideal candidate must have:
-At least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen
-Knowledge of food safety regulations
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Strong problem solving skills
-Ability to work collaboratively with other chefs and staff members
-Experience leading a team of kitchen staff members
-Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends
