Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team at El-Ain in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to all customers and ensuring that the dining experience is enjoyable. The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality and will be expected to provide a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers upon arrival and seating them according to their preference
• Taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages promptly
• Anticipating customer needs by proactively suggesting menu items
• Ensuring that all tables are properly set up, cleaned, and bussed on a regular basis
• Handling payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant throughout the shift
• Assisting with food preparation when necessary
• Being knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, pricing and special offers

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Waiter in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate customer needs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and local laws governing alcohol sales
