Job Title: Chef

Location: Reef Al Fujairah City, UAE

Salary: 1100 AED/Month

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s standards. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with the menu and recipes;
• Ensure all food is cooked according to health & safety regulations;
• Supervise kitchen staff, including training and scheduling;
• Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum waste;
• Provide guidance on menu development;
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen environment;
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures;
• Understanding of nutrition and its impact on food preparation;
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
