Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop recipes and prepare meals using fresh ingredients
• Supervise kitchen staff and assign tasks as needed
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency across all dishes
• Manage food inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a restaurant/hotel setting
• Knowledge of safety procedures, sanitation standards, proper food preparation techniques, nutrition, flavors, recipes etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
