We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Barista to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Ensure that all customers leave with a smile.
• Process payments using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean work area by wiping down counters, washing dishes, and refilling supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all safety codes are followed throughout the day.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality of drinks.
• Handle customer complaints in an efficient manner.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working as a Barista preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
• Must be willing to learn how to use different equipment in order to prepare beverages quickly and accurately.

Salary: 1400 AED per month plus tips
