Land Surveyor – Al Shamkhah City

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. This position is based out of the city and comes with a salary of 1400. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position. No experience is required, but a passion for the field and eagerness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and surveys to accurately establish the boundaries of properties according to legal descriptions

• Utilize specialized surveying equipment, such as total stations and GPS systems, to measure distance, elevation, angle, direction, and other characteristics of land

• Create maps, diagrams, and other visual materials that represent survey findings
• Compile data from surveys into legal reports or documents
• Ensure survey results meet all applicable local or regional regulations and standards
• Utilize GIS software to organize spatial data for various projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
• Strong mathematical abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of specialized survey equipment and GIS software preferred
