Job Description - Land Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Jabal-Ali. In this position, you will be responsible for providing accurate land surveying services, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and as-built surveys.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in land surveying. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position. The salary for this role is 1700 AED per month.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting accurate boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and as-built surveys
• Using survey equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and other related tools
• Analyzing survey data to ensure accuracy
• Maintaining records of survey sites with detailed notes
• Interpreting legal descriptions of property boundaries
• Preparing map drafts and report documents for clients

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in land surveying
• Proficiency using survey equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret survey data
• Ability to prepare detailed reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
