Job Title: Teacher

We are looking for a motivated, organized and experienced Teacher to join our team at Al-Kuwait. You will be responsible for providing quality education to our students in a variety of subject areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be capable of developing engaging lesson plans, and have the ability to work well with both students and other staff members.

Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans and teach classes in various subjects such as mathematics, science, social studies, English, etc.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their performance.
• Prepare assignments and tests for students.
• Create a positive learning environment by setting expectations for behavior and providing guidance when needed.
• Engage parents in their child's education through school activities and parent-teacher conferences.
• Participate in school events such as field trips or special programs.
• Maintain up-to-date records of student grades, attendance, and behavior.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage students from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to create engaging lessons that foster student learning and growth.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
