Job Title: Chef - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 1100 SAR per month

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess excellent culinary skills, have a great sense of creativity and be able to work in a busy kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an immigrant looking to start their career in the culinary arts.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menus
• Maintain kitchen hygiene standards
• Ensure food quality is maintained through regular checks and proper storage of ingredients
• Organize food preparation processes to ensure maximum efficiency without compromising quality
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients, supplies and equipment
• Create new dishes based on customer preferences and dietary requirements
• Train staff on food preparation techniques, recipes, correct knife handling techniques etc.
• Manage staff performance and provide support where necessary

Skills & Requirements:
• Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution is preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting • Excellent culinary skills including knowledge of international cuisines • Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene regulations • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
