The Chef will be responsible for planning and executing delicious meals, while working within budget constraints.

The Chef should be able to effectively manage a kitchen staff of cooks and dishwashers, ensuring that all food preparation is of the highest quality. They must be knowledgeable about the latest trends in cooking and have a passion for creating new dishes. Attention to detail is essential in this role as the Chef must ensure that all recipes are followed correctly to provide consistent quality results.

Organizational skills are also important as it is the Chef's responsibility to maintain accurate inventory records, order supplies when necessary, and keep track of food costs. The successful candidate should be comfortable with public speaking as they will need to interact with customers on occasion.
