Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to customer orders as well as established recipes
• Create innovative dishes that are visually appealing and delicious
• Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, safe, and well stocked at all times
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards throughout service periods.

Qualifications:
• At least one year experience as a chef or similar role in a restaurant/hotel setting
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in busy environments
• Excellent understanding of food production processes, decoration techniques, health & safety regulations, kitchen equipment usage etc.
• Flexibility in working different shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
