Job Responsibilities:
- Gather, assess, analyze and interpret large volumes of data from multiple sources
- Develop models and reports that provide insights into customer behavior
- Identify trends and patterns in the data to derive conclusions, make recommendations and create solutions for business problems
- Utilize statistical software such as SPSS, SAS or R to generate insights from the data
- Work closely with other teams within the organization to provide support for strategic decision-making

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science/related field or equivalent experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis or related position
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Tableau or other Business Intelligence software is essential
- Solid understanding of statistics and predictive modeling techniques
