Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and control of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to their importance. Job Responsibilities:
• Develop clear project objectives, scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management
• Create detailed work plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete projects on time
• Monitor and adjust project plans as needed in order to ensure deadlines are met
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Estimate the resources required to complete projects accurately
• Lead cross-functional teams through all stages of project lifecycle, providing direction, support and motivation
• Manage conflicts within the team while maintaining good relationships with stakeholders
• Monitor progress against established budgets and timelines; use issue tracking systems to identify issues/problems quickly
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Provide regular updates on project status reports for senior management review

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills coupled with excellent organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations

Salary: AED 1200 per month
