Job Summary:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This person should have the ability to manage all daily operations of the restaurant, including customer service, budgets and staff management. We offer an attractive salary of 1400 AED per month and are ready to consider foreign applicants with minimal work experience.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality/hotel/restaurant management or related field
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage


Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all customers are satisfied with their dining experience
• Monitor daily operations such as cash flow, employee performance and customer service levels
• Develop innovative strategies to increase sales and improve profits
• Manage the restaurant budget and maintain financial records
• Recruit, train, motivate and manage staff members
