Construction Manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be managing the construction of new projects and providing guidance to the team of professionals working on them.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction field, with knowledge of design, engineering, building regulations and a good understanding of the technical aspects of construction work. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively supervise and lead the team working on the project.

The main responsibilities of the position include planning and scheduling all phases of the construction process, monitoring budgets, ensuring safety regulations are adhered to, overseeing quality control checks, troubleshooting any problems that may arise during the project’s duration, and ensuring that deadlines are met. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments (e.g. architects, engineers) to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly.
