Requirements for the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Description:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish, including overseeing subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, monitoring progress of the project, ensuring quality control standards are met, and managing budgets. The Construction Manager will also need to liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that all expectations are met.

Salary: 1000 USD per month
