Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be expected to undertake all housekeeping duties related to the assigned area including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms. They should be able to efficiently manage their own time and prioritize tasks in order to ensure all areas are clean and tidy at all times. Further responsibilities include laundry duties such as washing clothes and ironing as well as ensuring all linen is washed properly on a regular basis. They should also have expertise in minor repairs such as fixing light fixtures or changing air filters in order to maintain the property in good condition at all times.
