Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Al-Kuwait. This position requires a passionate individual who is able to provide customers with the highest level of service, prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with speed and accuracy, and maintain a clean atmosphere in the cafe. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1300 USD per month. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this position.

Demands for Candidate:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Barista is preferred
• Knowledge of specialty coffee drinks and preparation techniques
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Flexibility in working various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds regularly throughout the day

Job Duties:
• Prepare coffee drinks such as espresso-based drinks, cappuccinos, lattes, mochas according to the standards set by Al-Kuwait
• Ensure quality control by tasting all beverages before serving them to customers
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently process transactions using cash registers or payment processing systems
• Receive payments from customers for their purchases in an accurate manner
• Greet customers warmly on arrival at the cafe
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the cafe by wiping down surfaces as needed

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
• Previous experience as a Barista or other related positions preferred
• Ability to use coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
