We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate needs to have at least 3 years of experience in making coffee, cappuccinos, lattes and other coffee drinks. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to create the perfect cup of coffee for our customers.

The barista will be responsible for providing the highest quality drinks to our customers in a prompt and professional manner. This includes greeting customers with a smile, taking orders, preparing the drinks, explaining menu items and their ingredients, recommending products to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction with their purchase.

The successful applicant must also be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. They must also be able to properly handle cash transactions and accurately count change. Additionally, they should possess good communication skills and an understanding of health and safety regulations in the foodservice industry.
