Job Title: Barista

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and a strong customer service orientation. This position will require the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee beverages according to customer’s orders and company standards.
• Monitor inventory of supplies, such as coffee beans, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Restock items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment used for coffee preparation and serving.
• Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly service at all times.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a barista or related position preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to read and understand instructions on recipes or menus for beverage preparation.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
