Accountant Vacancy in Doha

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of accounting, including bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Job Description:
The Accountant will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements and reports; developing budgets; performing financial analyses; managing accounts payable/receivable; maintaining the general ledger; preparing payroll; reconciling bank statements; preparing tax returns; and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Develop budgets and forecasts
• Analyze financial data and develop reports
• Manage accounts payable/receivable
• Maintain the general ledger
• Prepare payroll documents
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare tax returns in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required. CPA certification preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of experience working as an accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) as well as QuickBooks or other accounting software programs.

Salary: 1000 per month
