Welder - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and be rewarded with excellent pay and benefits.

Demands for the Candidate:
• At least 3 years of welding experience
• Completion of a welding apprenticeship/certificate is preferred
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Must have knowledge of various welding techniques (TIG, MIG, Arc)
• Must have excellent problem solving skills
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

Job Responsibilities:
• Assemble metal components according to blueprints and drawings using various welding methods.
• Use welders, torches, plasma cutters, grinders and other tools safely in order to fabricate parts from raw materials.
• Repair damaged or worn parts by welding on extra layers of metal.
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate records of all welds completed as well as any other related tasks.
