Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1600 QAR/Month
Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the kitchen and ensuring that high quality meals are prepared.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or resort. They should be able to manage staff effectively and have excellent leadership skills. We are willing to consider an immigrant with the right qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and ensure that all meals comply with health and safety regulations
• Create menus, ordering ingredients, and managing budgets
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate kitchen staff
• Monitor food preparation methods to ensure that quality standards are maintained
• Plan production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing wastage
• Assist in menu planning and cost control activities
• Keep up with trends in cooking and the restaurant industry

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a 5-star hotel or resort
• Knowledgeable about food safety standards
• Good leadership skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
