We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing restaurant business. You will lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff in the production of high-quality dishes for our customers.

Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations. This includes menu development, recipe creation and implementation, managing staff and monitoring their performance, inventory management and cost control. You will also be responsible for training new staff as well as ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen. Additionally, you will need to manage relationships with vendors to ensure that quality ingredients are used in our dishes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant culinary field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or higher position in a restaurant setting
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
• Ability to develop creative menus that appeal to customers
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
