We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a hotel in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of quality and service are maintained throughout the kitchen, as well as leading and motivating a team of chefs.

This is a demanding role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have a passion for food, an eye for detail and an excellent knowledge of culinary techniques. They must be able to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to travel as necessary.

The ideal candidate should have:
• A degree or diploma in professional cookery or a related field;
• Several years of experience in a similar position;
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and hygiene standards;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to manage staff effectively;
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
