Job Title: Fitter
Location: Salwa, Qatar
Salary: 1500 QAR

We are looking for an experienced Fitter to join our team in Salwa, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, repair and installation of various machinery and equipment. This is a great opportunity for an immigrant who has the skill set required for this role.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, as well as experience with reading blueprints and schematics. A valid driver's license is required, as well as knowledge of welding and metal fabrication. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.

The Fitter will be expected to inspect machinery and equipment on a regular basis to ensure it is properly functioning and safe to use; adjust or replace defective parts; perform preventative maintenance; conduct repairs and installations; diagnose mechanical problems; assemble components; maintain logs of work performed; clean work areas; understand safety requirements when using tools or equipment; and be willing to work overtime when necessary.
