Job Description:
The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and ensuring that all tables are attended to promptly. The Waiter must follow all health and safety standards, properly serve food items according to recipes and presentation standards, as well as provide excellent customer service. The Waiter is expected to greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, prepare the order quickly and efficiently, serve the order with a smile, check back with customers periodically throughout their meal, clean up any spills or messes immediately after they occur, collect payment from customers when appropriate, answer any questions customers may have about menu items or specials, thank customers for their visit and invite them back again soon.
