The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and be familiar with the local market. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
* Develop sales strategies to meet target goals
* Build trusting relationships with clients and prospects
* Monitor market trends and competition to gain insights into customer preferences
* Maintain accurate records of all contacts, conversations, and transactions
* Provide feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, trends, etc.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales required
* Familiarity with the local market preferred
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required
* Strong problem-solving capabilities required
