Job Description:
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. The successful candidate must be organized, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. This position offers a salary of 1500 and is open to immigrants.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field required
β’ Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
β’ Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
β’ Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage all day-to-day operations of the office including ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, answering phones, etc.
β’ Create reports for higher management regarding office performance
β’ Monitor office expenses and maintain accurate financial records
β’ Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to office operations
β’ Manage relationships with external vendors/suppliers
β’ Develop and implement policies/procedures for effective office management
